Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS using durable poly mailers for safe and secure packaging. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $9.99 flat rate

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95

Free Shipping on orders over $400 (U.S. only)

Signature Confirmation

To ensure the safe delivery of your order:

Orders under $100: No signature required.

Orders between $100–$199: Signature optional (select at checkout).

Orders $200 and up: Signature is required upon delivery.

This protects both you and our business from lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items unless a signature confirmation was used. We recommend choosing signature confirmation for orders of high value.
