Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We ship all orders via UPS using durable poly mailers for safe and secure packaging. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $9.99 flat rate

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95

Free Shipping on orders over $350 (U.S. only)

Signature Confirmation:

To ensure the safe delivery of your order:

Orders under $100: No signature required.

Orders between $100–$199: Signature optional (select at checkout).

Orders $200 and up: Signature is required upon delivery.

This protects both you and our business from lost or stolen packages.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items unless a signature confirmation was used. We recommend choosing signature confirmation for orders of high value.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your delivery in real-time.
